Hello!

I am a junior researcher at LaSIGE, at the Human Computer Interaction and Multimedia Research Team and soon a Ph.D. student at Faculdade de Ciência at the University of Lisbon.

Research focuses

My MSc Thesis was made in scope of Accessibility Evaluation of Web sites. I developed a new Automatic Accessibility Evaluator with the more recent accessibility standards (WCAG 2.0), which has a test-bed to its validation and is able to perform the evaluation in the static and transformed HTML in a fair way to compare them. The reporting mechanism is performed in EARL, taking templates into account and accompanied by a fair development metric.

I'm going to start my PhD research on Web Accessibility related with Cognitive Disabilies. I am still trying to decide the precise topic.
